Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
Broome County has a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) that utilizes an all hazards that addresses preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation of emergencies that occur within our jurisdiction. This broad-based plan allows for both flexibility and scalability based on the needs of an incident. If you attend one of the community presentations administrators from the Office of Emergency Services will discuss the CEMP with you and answer any of your questions.
